Hong Kong company set up requires at least one shareholder, one director and one local secretary.
Formation Requirements

One director/Shareholder or above, no more than fifty.

All directors/shareholders must be over the age of 18, and have valid identity documents such as passport.

If corporate director/shareholder is required, providing copy of certificate license or formation documents.

Providing local natural secretary or company secretary.

5.
|
Providing Hong Kong registered office address
|

6.
|
Pay relevant government fees.

Type of Formations
We have two type of company formation, tailor made and ready made.
With tailor made, client provides the proposed names he wants, we will check for them whether the names can be used, and if approval we will do documents and submit to government departments for approval.
With ready made, we will supply a latest shelf list, the companies have been formed and so can be used, but never used before, client only chooses a name and can use it.
